ESPADSELL is a writing assistant for independent sellers, available at espad.net as a private, invite-only beta. This page explains what data it keeps, why, and what you can do about it.
Built by the team behind ESPADLAND US INC. Independent of any direct-selling company you work with.
What we store
- Your account: name, email address, a hashed password, your language setting and the invite code you used.
- Your products: names, the claims your company approves, your own experience notes and any product photos you upload.
- Your drafts and scene photos, so you can see your history, plus your feedback and usage counts (for example how often a draft is copied).
- Messages you send with the contact form: your name, email address and message, used only to answer you.
Sign in with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile: your Google account id, name and email address. We use them only to sign you in and to match your account. We do not get access to your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except as needed to run the service.
Services that process your content
- Anthropic (AI text service): the text you enter and your product details are sent to Anthropic to write drafts and risk flags.
- Photoroom: if you create a scene photo, your product photo is sent to Photoroom to generate the setting.
- Our hosting provider stores the app and its database.
Do not enter names, contact details or other personal data of customers or team members, and do not paste confidential company documents.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms (session, remember-me and security cookies). Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your content with any direct-selling company.
How long we keep data, and deleting it
We keep your data until you delete it. You can delete a single draft at any time, or your whole account with all products, photos and drafts in Settings. You can also ask us by email to delete your account.
